Starting with the new 2011 Maruti Swift that is expected to be on roads within two months, it is the new avatar of the exiting Maruti Swift. The new Maruti Swift is expected to be released in four variants. The petrol version of the Maruti Swift 2011 is expected to be a 1298cc, 4 Cylinder, 16 valves engine that can produce a maximum power of 87 Bhp @ 4000 rpm and a maximum torque of 113 Nm @ 4500 rpm. The 2011 Maruti Swift price in India is expected to be Rs6 lakh.

There were talks in India about the Toyota Etios Liva since its appearance at the Delhi Auto Expo in the month of January 2010. This all new hatchback from the Japanese major was scheduled to be launched in the month of April 2011 but due to the untoward earthquake and Tsunami in Japan and the consequent parts shortage the company had to postpone the launch of the Etios Liva. Now Toyota India plans to launch the all new Toyota Liva in June. The Toyota Etios Liva price in India is expected to be Rs5 Lakh.

Among the most awaited one, Chevrolet Beat Diesel is perhaps the one that is expected to amass bookings besides 2011 Maruti Swift. The rising petrol price could be one reason that would add to the popularity of Beat Diesel coupled with the success of existing Chevrolet Beat. Recent reports suggest that the Beat Diesel would have a three cylinder, turbocharged common rail diesel engine and it would be price between Rs3.9 lakh to Rs4 lakh.

As per unconfirmed reports Honda Brio India would be somewhere in the price range of Rs5 lakh car and it would be the cheapest offering from Honda India. The Honda Brio launch in India has been planned crucially eyeing the festive season in India.
