Toyota eyes at emerging auto markets to push sales

Toyota Motors is counting on the upcoming auto markets for the sales and the launch of its 10 new hybrid car models working in its long term strategy focusing on increasing the sales by two folds way before 2015. The biggest auto mobile maker is putting its best foot forward to come out of the largest global recall of its cars which happened in the last year. The company will reduce its 27 broad members to 11 by June to speed up the decision.

Akio Toyoda, Toyota President said that the Japanese auto giant will erase one level of management, however it will give each geographic region a bigger role. After the biggest recall globally it has brought a bad name to the image of the auto company.

Toyoda said that the auto company plans to make a strong base for getting profits. The company plans to ensure a 5 per cent profit margin and operating profit of around 1 trillion yen.
This will ensure that even if such a major down fall happens the company will still be able to pull profits. It will act as the base of the growth the auto giant plans.

As per Toyota Motors the company focus on operation profits of 1 trillion yen ($12 billion) and looking at a profit of 5 per cent. The auto company aims to achieve the same before 2015.


Toyota laboured to increase its profits which were weak than the home grounds number 2 auto company Nissan Motors and Honda Motors stands at 3rd position. There are speculations that under the president's leadership the company shares have taken a major down turn in last 10 years as observed. The company with its new strategy eyes at achieving great heights.
