Ford Cars Became Costlier Now in India

Ford Motors one of the largest car manufacturers of US has hiked the prices of Ford cars in Indian market. The new prices has applied from 1st of January 2009.The decision has taken in the aftermath of the rise in the cost of imported goods due to declining rupee.

Although the price of Ford Ikon model will remain the same but other models has became expensive due to this decision. While the Ford Fiesta has became costlier by Rs.5,000-10,000 and the Ford Endeavour has become costlier by Rs.25,000 as well as the price of the Ford Fusion has also increased by up to Rs.15,000.this price hike in these models is because these models have a significant part of imported materials.Ford Models like Ford Endeavour Ford Fiesta and Ford Fusion has up to 70% imported materials in them.
