Luxury JLR cars in small towns

Branded luxury cars of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) will be easily available in India as the owner of the brand, Tata Motors, is going to set up showrooms in smaller towns. The company will inaugurate its first showroom at Warli in Mumbai on June 28. The cars which is to introduce in India are: The Range Rover and Range Rover Sport as well as the mid-sized SUV LR Discovery 3. JLR's R&D team is working to make the expected models India friendly. Tata Motors will import these vehicles in completely built-up form and the price of these cars and SUVs could range from Rs 35 lakh to Rs 90 lakh. Tata Motors premium cars division, which will oversee the Jaguar and Land Rover cars in India, has decided to set up a broad dealer network for the marque brands. Apart from metro cities, JLR showrooms will also be opened in smaller towns like Ludhiana. While the marque brands will be sold through exclusive showrooms, Tata Motors workshops will provide nation-wide after-sales service support to these premium vehicles.
