Nissan Appoints Dr. Lavanya Wadgaonkar as Head of Corporate Communications

Nissan Motors have recently appointed Dr. Lavanya Wadgaonkar as head, corporate communications, Nissan India. She would be leading the communications and brand building efforts for Nissan. She would be reporting to the managing director & chief executive officer, Nissan India, Takayuki Ishida and Vice President Communications, Africa, Middle East, India and Europe, Matthew de la Haye.

Before she joined Nissan group, Dr. Lavanya was working with Eaton India as general manager and head of public affairs and corporate marketing. At her appointment, Takayuki Ishida, the managing director & chief executive officer, Nissan India, said that India is developing and a growing region and with the leadership of Dr. Lavanya, Nissan will surely achieve the growth targets.
