Mahindra to set-up 75 'Samriddhi' centers for Indian farmers

India based leading Tractor maker Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is planning to come-out with new and innovative technologies for farmers of the country along with setting-up its Samriddhi centers across the country.
According to Mr Sanjeev Goyle, senior vice-president, Marketing & AppliTrac (Farm Equipment Sector) at M&M, the company is growing at a good pace in the domestic as well as overseas market. He added that company is setting up `Samriddhi' centers all over the country to provide Innovative Farming Technologies (IFT) to the farming community in India.
Mr Goyle further elaborated that the company has set up 75 Samriddhi centers pan-India and has plans to set up another 75 centres by the end of this fiscal year. He also added that the company's aim is to help the agricultural community reach higher benchmarks in productivity and yield.
M&M is targeting to deliver Farm Tech Prosperity (FTP) to as much as 10 million farmers in the country by year 2020 with the help of its new and innovative Samriddhi centers. The new Samriddhi centers will offer technological prosperity to the Indian farmers so that their productivity and earning can be improved.
