Tata Xenon Pick-up Launched

Tata Xenon Pick up was launched today in both single cab and dual cab versions. The Pick-up is suitable for commercial applications with best in class looks and fuel efficiency etc. The Tata Xenon Pick-up prices (ex-showroom Thane) starts from Rs. 5.44 Lakh for a single cab and is Rs. 6.34 Lakh for a dual cab variant. The Tata Xenon Pick-up is powered with a 3.0-litre Common Rail and Turbo Direct-Injection engine options that allows a top speed of 120kmph and a power output of 72bhp for the single cab and 115bhp for the dual cab option.

The Pick-up with the overdrive gearbox, radial tyres and aerodynamic shape and a gradeability of 32%, the vehicle will be highly fuel efficient as well as reliable on hilly terrains. Further, the Xenon Pick-up comes with a warranty of 3 Lakh kms or 3 years, whichever is earlier. The vehicle comes with 4 colour options - Arizona Blue, Mineral Red, Arctic Silver, Arctic White. The new Tata Xenon Pick-up single cab offers the longest-in-class body length of 8’4”, additional utility features like convenient loading height, 3-side drop load body bring ease to day-to-day operations, 2-stage semi elliptical leaf in the rear suspension, which ensures good load carrying ability, with better ride comfort and handling and also comes equipped with power steering, adjustable steering column, cushioned bucket seats in the front with adjustable lumbar support.

The dual cab variant on the other hand comes with fully-loaded features like HVAC, power windows, central locking, seats with lumber support, high-end cab trims as standard fitment and is equipped with limited slip differential, which resists wheel spin on gravel or muddy roads, thereby offering better control and making the vehicle ideal for off-track usage. The Pick-up meets the global safety standards and offer features like unique 3-layered body construction, crumple zones, a collapsible steering column, central locking, retractable seatbelts and side intrusion beams which will protect passengers in the event of a side impact collision

Tata Motors beefs up its Pick-up portfolio with the Tata Xenon Pick-up, which already comprises the Tata RX Pick-up in the Large Pick-up segment and the Tata Super Ace, in the Small Pick-up segment. Tata Motors is also enhancing the distinctiveness of the Tata Super Ace with the HVAC option and 5 new colours - Ivory White, Sardinia Red, Castle Grey, Champagne Gold and Lunar Silver.
